Requirements for Qualification:
- Income:
The gross (before tax) income for one week should equal the rent for the month. - Tenant History:
Your last landlord was paid on time and in full.
You have given proper notice in accordance with your lease.
There are no complaints of noise or poor housekeeping.
No landlord has filed against you in district court. - Credit:
You must have some good credit. - Criminal Record:
Criminal background checks are run on every applicant.
